It all began with a group of individuals drawn mainly from Basic groups: SB60 and SB61

Awareness, clarity, committment and bonding drove the course participants on from basic through to Advance and finally in LP59.

LP59, The COLTS was the leading LP for the City when LP59 took over the Torch from LP58 on 5th November 2006, Ferris took over the Torch on behalf of LP59.



Caroline Goh handed over the Torch to LP60 on 10th December 2006, there after the COLTS, LP59 became GLP59.
